Half a century as a specialized manufacturer

Toyo Kogyo Toryo started researching and developing paints for vacuum deposition before other manufacturers in Japan. Among our products, reflective mirror paints for automobiles are being shipped to many clients, including major automobile lamp manufacturers.

Super-resolution laser microscope

This microscope can instantly analyze details with colored super-resolution images when checking the adhesion of paints and finding an abnormality in the paint layer.
Fourier transform infrared spectrometer

This spectrometer is being used in the structural analysis of materials in various fields, including chemical, pharmaceutical, electronics, and semiconductors. This accurately measures and analyzes the fine details of paints and paint layers.
ISO 9001 was obtained

Toyo Kogyo Toryo obtained ISO 9001 for its quality management system. (Main office and plant & Toke Plant) We are committed to keep improving product quality by maintaining and improving the quality management system.

2015: A research building was constructed on the premises of the Toke Plant.: A new research building was completed within the premises of the Toke Plant, which has been operating since 2008, and the Technology Department moved to the building.
We are going to reinforce our development system and enrich the facilities to further improve the quality and performance of paints for deposition that we have accumulated thus far. Also, we are going to develop paints with new themes of adding decorative features in deposition and adding plastic or deposition performance using our know-how.
